Oil prices rose, touching their highest levels, recording more than $ 52, on the way to record the seventh consecutive weekly gain.
According to Reuters, Brent crude futures registered an increase of 50 cents, equivalent to 1 percent, to reach $ 52.02 a barrel.
West Texas intermediate crude also increased 46 cents to 48.82 dollars a barrel, after reaching the level of 48.87 dollars, the highest since last February.
