"Nexity has managed to better cope with the measures of the second containment and its activity was less impacted than expected in the last quarter of 2020"
, announced in a press release the group, which will publish its annual results at the end of February.
The group explains that it has moved forward with its projects faster than it thought during this re-containment, decreed from the end of November to mid-December to fight against the spread of the coronavirus.
Home sales were also recorded faster than expected with notaries.
An expected turnover of 4.7 billion euros
As a result, the group, which until then had counted on an annual turnover of 4.2 billion euros, now expects around 4.7 billion, more than the previous year.
