Bruno Mettling is an expert in human resources and business organization.

Formerly Orange HRD, he now heads the Topics consulting firm.

He has just been called by the Ministry of Labor to coordinate a mission on the employment of workers on digital platforms.

LE FIGARO.- The health crisis is still very significant, yet you warn against the temptation to resume the organization of work pre-Covid?

Does this temptation really exist?

Bruno METTLING.- This temptation is due to the very different results of the two confinements.

After the first, the satisfaction was general.

The digital dynamic has been unanimously welcomed.

After the second episode, it's not the same atmosphere.

Managers point to the limits of telework at 100%.

When they are not affected by unemployment, many employees feel more and more the psychosocial damage induced by “everything from a distance”.

In business, weariness is extreme.
