People returning from work or going there, claiming a health requirement, having to visit a loved one in a situation of dependency or take their pet for a walk may, among other reasons, circulate during the curfew provided with this certificate.

Fines for non-compliance
Any offender is liable to a fine of 135 euros then, in the event of a double recidivism (three frauds in total), to 6 months of imprisonment and a 3,750 euros fine.
In the event of a repeat offense over the next fifteen days, the fine is increased to 1,500 euros.
After three repeat offenses, a 6-month prison sentence and a fine of 3,750 euros can be given.
Saturday, for the first evening of the curfew at 6 p.m., 40,000 checks were carried out and 5,900 verbalizations were drawn up, according to the Ministry of the Interior.
Proof of business trip
There is again a "proof of business trip".
The employer hereby certifies that "
the travels of the following person, between his home and the place or places of exercise of his professional activity or during the exercise of his functions, cannot be made before 8 p.m. and / or after 6 a.m.
