The British luxury car brand Jaguar has a glorious history since the luxurious vehicles were endeared to the British royal family.
The success story began in 1922 when William Lyons set up in Blackpool, a coastal city on the north west coast of the United Kingdom, a company called SSCARS which produced side boats for popular motorcycles known as the SS.
For obvious reasons the name became a little less popular after World War II after the Nazi party used the letter pair.
Therefore, in 1945, Lyons changed the name of the company to Jaguar, after the company's saloon series of vehicles.
Jaguar's first sports car was created in 1936 - the SS Jaguar 100. The vehicle reached a speed of 100 miles per hour (about 160 km / h), a speed that at the time was considered revolutionary even for racing cars. In 1955, the Jaguar D-Type won the 24-hour Le Mans race, which is still considered Jaguar's mythical racing model and was sold at auction for $ 21,780,000.

Jaguar D TYPE (Photo: PR, Jaguar Company)
In 1956, Jaguar retired from professional car racing, converting the remaining D-Type chassis to a new vehicle.
Thus was born the Jaguar XKSS which is considered one of the rarest collectible vehicles in the world.
As a result of a fire that broke out in the factory, only 19 such vehicles survived, one of which belonged to actor Steve McQueen.
On March 17, 1961, Jaguar introduced its first E-type, which was supposed to be a sequel to the D-type and got its own personality.
An on-site chapter in world motoring history was recorded, with what became overnight an international icon of motoring classic, design and style.
Enzo Ferrari even described it as one of the most beautiful cars he had ever seen.
59 years after its production was discontinued in 1975, the vehicle continues to star in every ranking there is in the all-time beautiful car category.
The E-type Zero is based on the 1.5 Roadster model from 1968, identical in shape and weight and with its electric motor it accelerates to 100 km / h in 5.5 seconds, about a second and a half less than the original. Vintage driver environment with digital upgrade on the dashboard The
introduction of the electric pulse to the E-type is a project of the classic wing of Jaguar and Land Rover, which is dedicated to years of restoring classic models of both brands and is also supposed to provide electrification services for privately owned model cars. 300 thousand pounds, after all, to turn an existing vehicle into the electric version would take about a week and cost 60 thousand pounds, the project has been frozen in the meantime.
Beautiful forever.

The present is glorious and the future raises expectations.
If we were excited about the transition from zero to 100 km / h in 5.5 seconds, then the F-type does it in 3.5 seconds. This model also quickly became an icon of a sports car and a symbol of performance.
In 2018, the royal wedding of the prince was held. Harry and Megan Merkel. The two drove through the streets of London in an E-type Zero car based on an upgraded 1968 model car. By the way, Harry also has a white Jaguar F-TYPE in the garage.
The royal family is considered a big fan of Jaguar. Queen Elizabeth II drives until Today in Jaguar, and in honor of its 90th birthday, the Jaguar company painted 7 F-Type vehicles in the colors of the British flag, and the cars were part of the pompous event held to mark her birthday. In 1988 the futuristic Jaguar XJ220 was introduced to the world.
This model was created as a personal project of some of the company's employees who wanted to create in their free time an up-to-date version of the racing cars of the 50s.
The XJ220 reached a speed of 343 km / h and was considered in the 90s the fastest car in the world in commercial production. In the
city of Solihull is located another factory of the company whose purpose was to produce only aluminum models. The first model was the EX - the compact executive car launched shortly after the F These two models are part of a period in which Jaguar reinvented itself with one of the boldest design departments in the industry, a period in which it returned to producing models made of magnets.
