The Peugeot director replaced the director of Alfa Romeo who left to lead Chrysler, in a big game of musical chairs a few days after the creation of Stellantis, the new group that oversees these brands.

Peugeot director Jean-Philippe Imparato took the helm of Alfa Romeo and was replaced by ex-Citroën director Linda Jackson, Stellantis said in a statement.
Mike Manley, the former CEO of FCA, took over as head of the group in North America.
The former director of Alfa Romeo Timothy Kuniskis took the head of Chrysler, for an interim, and of Dodge.
Olivier François remains at the head of Fiat, Christian Meunier at Jeep, Vincent Cobée at Citroën, and Michael Lohscheller at Opel / Vauxhall.
Luca Napolitano, former head of Fiat in Europe, took over as head of Lancia.
Richard Palmer, Business Development Manager at FCA, has been appointed CFO of Stellantis.
PSA's CFO, Philippe de Rovira, heads the subsidiaries (financing, second-hand, after-sales, concessions).

The design direction is shared between Ralph Gilles (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Maserati, Fiat in Latin America) and Jean-Pierre Ploué (Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroën, DS, Fiat Europe, Lancia, Opel, Peugeot, Vauxhall ).
Bertand Blaise, PSA communications manager, now takes on this role at Stellantis.
