Orange said in a press release that it had accepted the offer of a consortium comprising La Banque des Territoires (Caisse des Dépôts), CNP Assurances and EDF Invest, to take a 50% stake and co-control of Orange Concessions. .

The transaction values ​​Orange Concessions at 2.675 billion euros, the press release said.

It should be finalized by the end of 2021. Orange will have a forward purchase option allowing it to take control and consolidate Orange Concessions.

The new entity, which brings together 23 networks of public initiatives representing 4.5 million outlets built or to be built, will be
