Provide the most precise possible inventory of opportunities on the labor market for 2021. This is the idea behind this “special employment” operation, which mobilized around fifteen journalists from Le Parisien - Today in France and covers all territories, including overseas.
By relying on data from our partner Adecco and Pôle emploi, but also from multiple sources in the field, we were able to go into the detailed figures and highlight the main players in the economic fabric who are hiring.
The advertisements identified by Adecco on the Internet in the last quarter of 2020 make it possible to indicate the sectors and professions that are recruiting.
During the same period, Pôle emploi informed us of the sectors in tension, those which offer jobs, but do not always find takers.
Beyond the figures, in a context not always as "sealed" as one might fear, our reporters went to meet companies, private or public.
Their lights allow to get a precise idea of the proposed activities and objectives.
