The loss of RATP in 2020 will be
"probably at least double"

The impact of Covid-19 is estimated at
“-400 million on our revenue”
and
“of the order of 350 to 400 million”
on net income, explained Catherine Guillouard on BFM Business.
"That doesn't mean our bottom line is going to be -350 or 400" million
, she added, predicting
"probably at least a doubling from the first half"
of the loss.
RATP suffered a net loss of 88 million euros in the first half, on a turnover of 2.746 billion.
Its net profit had fallen by 35% in 2019, to 131 million, weighed down by the strike against the pension reform in December The 2020 results of the Régie must be published on March 12.
43% decrease in traffic over the year
Catherine Guillouard noted that traffic had fallen by 43% over the year.
She also recalled that the budget devoted to cleanliness had jumped from 90 to 200 million euros in 2020, the specialized workforce rising from 1,200 to 1,800 people.
