These companies that give young parents more time

Under the impetus of three entrepreneurs, more and more companies are committing to offer longer paternity leave to their employees


It is now set in stone.

The Social Security financing law for 2021, passed in the fall, increased paternity and childcare leave from 14 days to 28 days.

A small revolution that companies had already accomplished.

They are 391 to have committed themselves, with the Parental Act movement, and to have extended the leave of the second parent at the birth of a child to four weeks paid in addition to their employees.

Among the signatories are Figaret, Phenix, Qonto and BlaBlaCar, and more recently, Showroomprivé, Toucan Toco, Owkin and L'Occitane.
