  • Uri Frank, who manages Intel's engineering organization in the Core & Client development group, has been appointed vice president of corporate

  • Dr. Ophir Bokobza-Degani, who holds 50 patents and develops future wireless communication products, will be appointed Intel Fellow

  • Yehondav Moshe, who is leading the development of the Thunderbolt, will be appointed vice president of the IP Engineering Group

Uri Frank

has been appointed Vice President of Intel. This is one of the most senior ranks in Intel worldwide. Frank currently serves as the director of Intel's engineering organization in the Core & Client development group. He currently manages about 2,000 employees in Israel, India and the United States. Ofir Adlis

has

been

appointed Intel Fellow (the rank of Fellow is equivalent to the rank of Vice President). Adlis has over 25 years of experience in the architecture, development and integration of complex on-chip (SoC) systems for a wide range of products. Ophir joined Intel about 23 years ago, began his professional career in the cellular division, moved to a group of wireless communication solutions, from there to the architecture, software and graphics group of Intel and today he is part of the personal computing group. Ofir holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Tel Aviv University and a master's degree in business administration from the Tel Aviv University School of Business.



Ilan Bressler

will be appointed vice president of the personal computing group. Bressler leads the development of wireless technologies and products that provide WiFi, Bluetooth and mobile solutions for laptops. Intel is the head of a global organization responsible for the design, setup, development, and launch of Intel's leading wireless communications products. This year, it led the launch of Wi-FI6E, the next generation of WiFi technology. and contributed to the development of the first WiFi products Intel launched Centrino platforms. prior to his current position he has held a variety of senior management positions of wireless communication. Dr. Ofir Bocobza-cereal

appointed to Intel Fellow. Ophir leads research and innovation in technologies of radio circuits and millimeter waves integrated in silicon technologies for wireless communication systems. Ophir joined Intel in 2005 and since then has led a number of revolutions in Intel radio chip technology that have led to groundbreaking and industry-first Wi-Fi products. In recent years, Ophir has been leading the development of innovative low-power, wide-band digital radio circuits that meet future wireless standards. Ofir has a double bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and physics, a master's degree and a doctorate in miniature microelectromechanical systems from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Technion. Ophir was one of the recipients of the prestigious doctoral scholarship from the Charles Clore Foundation. It has published about 85 scientific and technical articles, and holds about 50 patents in the field of wireless communications, radio circuit technology and micro-systems.



Yehondav Moshe

will be appointed Vice President of the IP Engineering Group. Yehondav currently manages the Client Connectivity Division, in which he leads the development of IPs and various products in the field of Client connectivity, including the development of Thunderbolt / USB4 and Ethernet technologies. The group under his management is responsible for supplying products on a large scale to all computer manufacturers.



Yahondav joined Intel in 2000 as a VLSI engineer for the Cable Modem Group. Since then he has performed a number of different leadership roles in group management in the silicon worlds from architecture to manufacturing. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a master's degree in electrical engineering with a specialization in communications and media from Tel Aviv University.
