The value of Damascus Securities Exchange trading at the end of today's session exceeded 261 million Syrian pounds, with a trading volume of 261,668 shares distributed over 269 transactions, as the market index rose 227.93 points from the last session and closed with a positive change rate of 2.39 percent.
The shares of Syria International Islamic Bank increased by 4.96%, Qatar National Bank of Syria by 4.87%, Al Baraka Bank Syria by 3.32%, Sham Bank by 4.57%, Fransabank of Syria by 4.92%, National Company for Vegetable Oil Industry by 4.96%, Bank of Syria and Overseas by 4.84%, and the bank. Al-Arabi Syria, by 4.93 percent.
The shares of Bemo Saudi Fransi Bank increased by 3.82 percent, the International Bank for Trade and Finance by 1.44 percent, Al-Sharq Bank by 4.91 percent, Al-Aqeela Takaful Insurance Company by 4.99 percent, the Syrian Kuwaiti Insurance Company by 4.91 percent, and Bank of Syria and the Gulf by 4.94 percent.
On the other hand, the share price of Al Badia Cement Company decreased by 1.24%, while the shares of Bank Audi Syria and Bank of Jordan Syria closed equal to the closing price of the previous trading session, and no deal was concluded on the rest of the listed companies.
