With the aim of encouraging the establishment of productive projects, the Industrial Bank renewed today a reminder of the list of projects included in the interest rate support program for loans to which projects related to modern irrigation were added within the framework of the agreement signed between the Ministry of Economy and Foreign Trade represented by the Authority for Support and Development of Domestic Production and Exports and between the banks operating in Syria.
The programs included in the interest rate subsidy program for loans receive an interest rate subsidy of 7 percent of the interest determined by the bank that granted the loan, in implementation of the government program that includes substitutes for imports.
The Industrial Bank requested in a circular addressed to all of its branches, SANA received a copy of it, to intensify the campaigns promoting the program of supporting interest rates for loans, and to inform the customers of the bank and its branches of this, especially the owners of new or stopped production projects.
The aforementioned program includes “modern irrigation supplies production plants, vegetable seed multiplication plants, operating the damaged and stalled licensed poultry farms, constructing or restoring cemeteries, establishing projects for the production of natural condensate from the age of citrus fruits and locally produced fruits for the purpose of local consumption or export, which do not use any imported condensate in their products, and establishing reproduction laboratories. Mushroom seed.
The projects included in the subsidized benefits include “making paper, starch, industrial cotton, yarns and exported fabrics, establishing, operating and restoring textile and knitting industries, carpets and rugs, laundry facilities, battery industry, battery recycling factories and equipping them with the necessary machinery and equipment, inverters, renewable energy components, formica panels, machines, production lines, household appliances, packages and sealers that do not. It is produced locally, producing glass panels, and constructing, operating and repairing medical equipment and devices manufacturing facilities.
Among the aforementioned projects are “rehabilitating damaged veterinary drug laboratories, establishing new veterinary medicine factories that are not locally produced, restoring or adding new lines for the manufacture of“ resin alkyd, polyvinyl and stearic acrylic ”, establishing or restoring and operating the stalled facilities for the manufacture of granite, adhesive cement and flanspar, and operating and restoring the stalled facilities for the ceramic industry. And marble ”.
The projects also include "restoration of damaged industrial facilities in Aleppo, establishment, expansion and operation of hard and compact aluminum cans factories, starting with raw materials, aluminum cables and rods, expansion of facilities to replace production lines and molds or renew them, or buy new molds for the manufacture of tableware and kitchenware."
