A page is turning at Amundi.
After fourteen years at the head of the company, Yves Perrier will leave operational management next May to become Chairman of the Board of Directors.
He handed over the reins to Valérie Baudson, member of the executive committee for eight years, fourteen years at home, who will also be number 2 of Crédit Agricole SA, shareholder of Amundi.

Yves Perrier, who in 2010 was the architect of the merger of the asset management activities of Crédit Agricole and Société Générale, leaves a group with solid results, which has become the leading European asset manager.
Amundi - which manages 45% of French employee savings plans - recorded the highest profitability in its history in the fourth quarter of 2020.
Since its listing in 2015, its market capitalization has almost doubled to more than 13 billion euros.
In ten years, assets under management have multiplied by 2.5 to 1,729 billion euros.
