Robust results: this is how the performance of French electrical equipment manufacturers Legrand and Schneider Electric can be described in 2020. It was not a given, given the context marked by a global pandemic that led to an economic crisis major.
“In April, we experienced a drop in our turnover of 41%.

explains Benoît Coquard, CEO of Legrand.
Over the year as a whole, the decline was ultimately limited to 7.9%, to 6.1 billion euros.
And the operating margin reached 19%, against 20% in the previous year.
