The National Hospital Mutual Fund (MNH), which has more than one million members, was the victim of a cyberattack, the mutual based in Amilly (Loiret) announced on Friday.

, ”explained a spokesperson for the MNH, adding that 800,000 files were potentially affected.

We detected an intrusion on Friday 5 February.
We disconnected quickly.
IT teams attempt to recover the system and isolate the malware.
We cannot turn the PCs back on until further notice,
”the MNH spokesperson told AFP.
Refunds are therefore delayed, according to the MNH, which employs more than 700 employees.
The mutual, whose website is also unusable, claims to have lodged a complaint.
