The Superintendency of Health Services (SSS) detected
another 473 fraudulent transfers of social monotributistas
, in this case to the Social Work of Road Workers and related workers.
Consequently, it decided to cancel these changes, reassign the contributions and contributions to the social work of origin - the Father Federico Grote Catholic Workers Mutual Association-, inform the injured members and initiate the "summary procedure" to the
Social Work of Road Workers and Related
, according to Resolution 311/2021 of the SSS published this Wednesday in the Official Gazette.
In January, as Clarín reported, the Superintendency had detected 92 fraudulent transfers of social monotributistas
also from the Father Federico Grote Catholic Workers' Mutual Association
to the Carboniferous Mineral work.
Last October, the SSS had suspended the transfers from the social services of the Social Monotributistas because various complaints indicated that they had been made fraudulently because they were not requested by their owners.
In other words, transfers without the consent of the social monotax affiliates to certain social works to receive Health contributions to the
detriment of other entities.
According to the Superintendency, they would have taken the opportunity to carry out these frauds because, since the outbreak of the pandemic, due to restrictions on the movement of people, the procedures for the option of changing social works could be done in digital form
without submitting the forms in paper format.
Consequently,
the Superintendency resolved to review all the
transfer
procedures
made by the social monotributistas from March 20 onwards.
From this review, numerous transfers emerged from the Mutual de Obreros Católicos to the Carboniferous Minerals social work and now to Road Workers and Related Workers.
In both cases, after intimidating them, the social workers involved kept silent despite having been notified.
In the case of transfers to Road Workers, the SSS indicates that "taking into account that the passage of time could cause irreparable damage to the right to health of the beneficiaries who would have been transferred against their will", as a protective measure it provided preventively for the cancellation of the exchange options "saving the right of each beneficiary to ratify the option in question."
The social monotributistas add about 350,000.
They are independent workers or who are part of a work cooperative of less than 6 people who have
low incomes, less than 18,000 pesos per month.
In order to receive social work coverage for themselves and for the family group, the social monotributista must pay 50% of the social work component of the general
monotax
, that is,
pay $ 520.61 for each member of the family
.
The retirement contribution is 100% subsidized.
And it supports the perception of the AUH.
