Attacked for a week by a shareholder holding more than 3% of Danone, the directors of the group seem to have taken a vow of silence.
They did not respond to any criticism of Artisan Partners, although the French giant of dairy products was released Friday morning from the "quiet period" imposed on it by the gendarme of the Stock Exchange before the publication of its results.
The American fund urgently asks them to separate from CEO Emmanuel Faber, to give up the reorganization of the group and to sell assets.

Last Sunday, Michel Landel, lead director of Danone well known to Artisan Partners (the fund was a shareholder of Sodexo, of which he was the boss), requested the convening for Wednesday February 17 of a board of directors dedicated to the evolution of the positions of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Emmanuel Faber managed to prevent his outfit.
The CEO is determined to fight to save his job.
