Health was one of Icade's major development axes when Olivier Wigniolle, CEO of the real estate group, presented his strategic plan in the summer of 2018. The 2020 results show how wise this choice was.
This activity saw its revenues increase by 12.2% last year, to 295.7 million euros, allowing the net profit to increase by 14%, to 136.7 million.

The group did not hesitate to make acquisitions - for 440 million, including 70% internationally - to accelerate this growth.
Asset disposals
This dynamism partly compensates for the difficulties of the office property activities and, above all, real estate development (with a decrease in turnover of 14.7% in 2020).
