Moayad emphasized that the state was keen to speed up the rehabilitation of the infrastructure in Tell Kurdi to help industrialists return and restore their facilities to work, pointing out that the difficulty in obtaining raw materials did not hinder them from continuing to produce new products.

A factory for the manufacture of heaters was the first to enter the region after the return of security and safety and began to rehabilitate its facilities and production, according to the director of the plant, Salim Marish, who confirmed that the state worked after entering the industrial zone to provide most of the services as possible to encourage the return of industrialists, especially since Tal Kurdi includes many industrial facilities Which is considered supportive of the national economy.

Marish pointed out that the improvement is being felt by anyone coming to a Kurdish town, but he hopes that the electricity will return to its previous state as soon as it is the backbone of the industry and said that "our duty towards our homeland calls for standing by it to overcome the blockade."

Industrialist Amin Abdul Razzaq pointed out, in turn, that the production of car oils and lubricants is one of the most important industries in Tell Kurdi, and this industry continues to challenge all circumstances to secure the requirements of the transport sector, explaining that his company went through harsh conditions with the entry of terrorists and forcing them to leave their factory where they had to work from another region and after The army's liberation of Tell Kurdi has gradually rehabilitated and restored the facility and began production, confirming that services have gradually started to return and the situation is much better.

The local council in Hosh Nasri was keen to give the Tel Kurdi industrial area priority in implementing infrastructure projects, the most important of which is the reopening of roads, the removal of barriers and the delivery of electrical current, which is the basis for industrialists, according to Council Chairman Ibrahim Hamdoush, who confirmed to SANA’s delegate that the industrial zone allocated many services after its liberation. In 2016, there were directives to accelerate the provision of basic services that would help the industrialists to return.

Hamdouche pointed out that a lot of facilities and assistance were provided to the owners of the factories who began to rehabilitate their facilities and provided them with loans to speed up production processes and were exempted from fees and taxes for a period of three years, which helped the return of more than 45 percent of the factories out of 186 factories in the region.

The Chairman of the Council revealed that asphalting and paving projects have been implemented for a number of main and secondary streets in Tal Kurdi with a value of 175 million pounds and the implementation of a project of transferring rubble and garbage and removing the mounds of 25 million pounds, revealing that there are three projects coming to Tell Kurdi that include completing the paving and asphalting of the secondary roads, especially those affected by the works. Criminality worth 250 million pounds from the reconstruction budget, in addition to the main roads lighting projects with alternative energy.
