The sixteen directors of the French food giant will decide the future of the first of them, who has chaired the board since December 2017. Emmanuel Faber will he leave Danone?
Will he remain a simple chairman, with a CEO recruited from outside the group?
Will he keep his two functions, on condition of enlisting the services of a deputy managing director?
Will he succeed in keeping nothing to change?
Discussions between administrators have been intense behind the scenes for two weeks.
This Monday, at the end of the day, they will discuss the subject for the first time during a videoconference consultation.

sums up a close friend of the CEO, convinced that only a minority of directors want his departure and that no majority emerges to demand the separation of the functions of president and general manager in the short term.
