The Tadmir Group, one of the leading agricultural integrations in Israel, is expanding its activities in the retail market and launching the 'Cowboy Farm', with a total investment estimated at NIS 50 million. Chef Meir Adoni is accompanying the launch as a culinary consultant.
The cowboy farms claim that the brand is committed to selecting selected varieties, raising calves in Israel, nutrition tailored to each breed, handling its rations according to the breed, slice classification and quality, special portions with high availability, product label with information on the slice and best preparation and maximum service level for people who love meat.
