The Thom group is gradually expanding its empire.
The owner of the Histoire d'Or and Marc Orian brands has just taken over, with the jewelry maker Altesse, the costume jeweler Agatha at the helm of the court, for 2.5 million euros.
They won over the Foncière immobilière bordelaise (FIB) owned by Michel Ohayon, recent buyer of Camaïeu, and over several independent jewelry players.

Out of 120 stores with midnight blue storefronts, only 32 will complete the Thom group's network (turnover of 637 million euros), which has undertaken to consolidate the distribution of jewelry in Europe.
