- Let's be clear, we don't want to sell Orange Bank, which remains a strategic project for Orange.
We note that for several months our partner Groupama has withdrawn from Orange Bank, he did not want to subscribe to the last capital increase of the bank in 2020, which diluted his participation, past from 35% to 22%.
We see it as a sign, but it is up to them to position themselves.
We therefore began to look for a new partner, to eventually replace Groupama, in order to support the second phase of Orange Bank's development and its development in Europe and Africa.
If we do not find a new partner, we will continue the adventure alone.
