The Agnelli family becomes a 24% shareholder in Louboutin

The Agnellis will have two out of seven representatives on the brand's supervisory board. The Exor holding company has invested 541 million euros.


The Agnelli family, owners of Ferrari and Juventus, has invested 541 million euros through its Exor holding company to become a 24% shareholder in luxury shoemaker Christian Louboutin, the two groups announced on Monday in a joint statement.
