Gold prices rose today as yields and the US dollar decline.
Reuters reported that gold rose in spot transactions by 0.4 percent to $ 1733.46 an ounce, while US futures contracts rose 0.6 percent to $ 1732.20.
As for other precious metals, silver increased 0.5 percent to $ 26.30 an ounce, while palladium fell 0.1 percent to $ 2303.11, while platinum gained 1.1 percent to $ 1216.32.
