German automaker Mercedes-Benz has announced that it will withdraw more than two million cars from Chinese markets due to software design flaws.
"The withdrawals will include 17 models of Mercedes-Benz cars manufactured between 2016 and 2020," Xinhua news agency quoted the Chinese Market Regulatory Department as saying in a statement.
Flaws discovered in software design lead to inaccurate locations being reported in the event of an accident.
