The interests are primarily health, with the desire to limit the risks of contamination in companies, and in particular in open spaces.
They are also economical, since practice has made it possible to limit the damage caused by the health crisis by maintaining business activity.
The use of telework is a sensitive issue for the executive.

Employees working exclusively from telework, for example, risk suffering from a feeling of isolation.
Another factor can also weigh on employees: the cost of teleworking.
Electricity, heating, supplies, working from home implies investments which today weigh on employees and which are not supported by companies.
