The price of a gram of 21 carat gold in the local market has decreased today by 15 thousand Syrian pounds from the price of last Monday.
According to the bulletin issued by the Craft Society for Crafting and Jewelry Making in Damascus today, the 21-carat gram of gold recorded the selling price of 185,000 pounds and the purchase price of 184500 pounds, while the 18-carat gram reached the selling price of 158571 pounds and the purchase price of 158071 pounds.
The association asked the craftsmen to adhere to the price it issued, calling on citizens wishing to buy gold not to pay for it except according to the bulletin issued by the association and distributed phone numbers for complaints 2248005 -0991937718.
The 21-carat gold gram decreased from last Thursday, 45,000, which at that time recorded its highest price of 230,000 pounds.
