The price of a gram of 21 carat gold in the local market has decreased by 5,000 Syrian pounds from its price this morning.
According to the bulletin issued by the Craft Society for Crafting and Jewelry Making in Damascus today noon, a 21-carat gram of gold recorded the selling price of 171,000 Syrian pounds and a purchase price of 170,500 pounds, while the 18-carat gram reached the selling price of 146,571 pounds and the purchase price of 146071 pounds.
The association asked the craftsmen to adhere to the pricing issued by it, calling on citizens wishing to buy gold not to pay for it except according to the bulletin issued by the association and distributed phone numbers for complaints 2248005-0991937718.
The price of a gram of 21 carat gold increased by 16,000 pounds in the local markets this morning.
