Latakia - Sana
The Syrian Foundation for Trade branch in Lattakia confirmed that it will open three new showrooms for sale during the blessed month of Ramadan in each of the Al-Farous neighborhoods in Halloum Square and Mar Takla, in addition to a lounge in Al-Batrani Park in the city.
The director of the institution’s branch, Shady Dallala, said in a statement to SANA’s correspondent that these three lounges will continue to operate after the Iftar period and late at night, with Ramadan baskets containing a suitable variety of commodities and providing all lounges with this combination.
Dlalah pointed out that the Foundation branch continues to supply its halls, centers, sales outlets and the updated centers in government institutions with subsidized materials (sugar-rice) and others to facilitate obtaining them, pointing out that the distribution of these materials according to the electronic card will continue until the end of next May.
Dlala indicated that the Foundation branch has allocated eight centers to sell subsidized materials and provided them with a device (Master) reader through which citizens who did not receive an SMS message can receive their allocations from the subsidized materials, including the Apamea complex, Tishreen halls, Al-Wehda, Al-Battrani Center in the city of Lattakia, Al-Haffa and Al-Qardaha model halls, in addition to Al-Qassam And the Sultan in the city of Jableh, explaining that the percentage of implementation of the sale of subsidized materials exceeded 67 percent until last Thursday.
Dlalah indicated that the sales of the corporation’s branch during the first quarter of this year exceeded eight billion Syrian pounds as a result of the increasing turnout of citizens for the corporation’s halls and the wide variety it provides at lower prices than the market.
