With the start of a number of existing financial institutions concerned with microfinance to take procedural steps to launch their services that target small and micro enterprises, a number of industrialists believe that small enterprises have the greatest role in securing job opportunities for young people, improving and raising the standard of living.

In turn, the economist Dr. Maher Singer considered that Law 8 came to achieve a number of goals, starting with helping current financial institutions for microfinance to transform into banks specialized in providing micro-finance products and thus raising the degree of financial inclusion, which is intended to increase the ability of individuals, especially marginalized ones, to use services and products. Finance according to their needs and within an appropriate legal, regulatory and supervisory legislative environment.

According to Dr. Singer, Law No. 8 prompts people to think about the available alternative opportunities and start implementing small and medium enterprises owned by them, because these projects are commensurate with their financial and administrative capabilities and their experiences. Such projects do not require a high degree of complexity in management and systems and the productive process is the basis.
