1. What are the main rights of users of financial services

equitable and dignified treatment,

to the protection of their security and economic interests;

People with reduced mobility have the right to priority care

and, if they have visual difficulties, they must be provided with the appropriate instruments for their access to financial services.

For those who have exercised the right to have their identity recognized, financial institutions are obliged to rectify the identity and reprint all the essential elements such as debit card, credit card, account statements and others.

dignified treatment on issues of gender, modesty and privacy.

2. How to turn to people responsible for customer service in banks

All banks are required to inform

at least one person responsible for customer service
