Veolia and Suez announced that they had reached an " agreement in principle " for a merger between the two French giants last night. In a press release, the groups explained that they had " agreed on a price of € 20.50 per SUEZ share (coupon attached) conditional on the conclusion of the merger agreement ". More information to come
