Tehran-SANA

The latest report of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries OPEC showed that Iranian heavy crude production recorded an average increase of 137 thousand barrels per day in the month of March.

The Iranian Fars News Agency quoted the report as saying that the price of a barrel of Iranian heavy crude witnessed an increase of $ 3.61 in the month of March.

The organization indicated that the production of the 13 member states reached 25.04 million barrels in the same month.

It is noteworthy that the rates of production and export of Iranian oil and its derivatives are witnessing a remarkable increase despite the unjust embargo imposed by Washington on Iran, as data from the Iranian Customs Authority on the tenth of this month showed that gasoline exports exceeded $ 2.9 billion in the fiscal year ending on March 20, 2021.
