Determine the sales prices of a ton of black cement produced by the private sector companies

Today, the Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection issued a decision fixing the maximum selling prices of a ton of black cement produced by private sector companies.

In its decision, which SANA received a copy of, the Ministry indicated that the maximum price for a ton of packed Portland cement of 32.5 caliber, including the consumption expenditure fee, is 175,000 Syrian pounds, and a ton of 42.5-caliber Portland cement is 203,000 pounds, while the price of a ton of loose Portland cement of 32.5 caliber. It is 163 thousand pounds, and 42.5 caliber Portland, 186 thousand Syrian pounds.

The ministry stated in its decision that the directorates of internal trade and consumer protection in the governorates authorize, in coordination with the executive offices of the provincial councils, to set the selling price to the public by distributors and retailers after taking into account the issue of transportation from production centers to consumption centers and adding a 10 percent profit margin to the retailer on the price of the factory land, confirming that Violators of the provisions of this decision are subject to the penalties stipulated in Legislative Decree No. 8 of 2021.
