In a decision issued today, the Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection determined the maximum profit in the production or import of clothes, shoes, fabrics, textiles, threads, woolen, silk and mixed knit products, children's toys, paper, cardboard and all materials that were not mentioned in the Ministry's effective decisions.

The decision, which SANA received a copy of, included the necessity for the operator to "import or produce locally" to prepare a cost schedule based on his actual costs for the materials and items he deals with after adding the effective profit margins for each episode of commercial mediation, where these tables are a price instrument.

According to the decision, the producers and importers of the aforementioned materials and commodities must trade the invoices between all the mediation circles, so that the prices contained in them are identical to the prices deposited with them, provided that the price samples are studied on the basis of cost tables on the date of the sample withdrawal.

According to the decision, a committee will be formed to study the price samples withdrawn in case of doubt or complaint in the directorates of internal trade and consumer protection in the governorates. Its task is to study the price samples withdrawn according to the cost statement on the date of sample withdrawal and to check deliberative prices according to the original invoices between commercial mediation circles to verify the extent to which deliberative prices match the cost statement .

In another decision, the ministry asked importers and producers of sugar, rice, oils, ghee of all kinds, tea, mate, all kinds of coffee, powdered milk, canned tones, sardines, bananas and fodder, except for feed supplements and local mixes, to submit to the Ministry's Prices Directorate with documents of their import or production costs so that the cost is studied and the price instrument is issued centrally from Before the directorate of prices and commercial mediation circles before putting them on the market.

The ministry emphasized that the pricing process must take place within a working week, starting from the date of registering the required documents in the Office of the Price Directorate, and within one working day from the date of registering the required documents in the Office of the Price Directorate for licenses of materials financed by operating banks, of which public sector institutions will be delivered the prescribed percentage of them at cost .

The decision mandated the internal trade directorates in the governorates to study the remaining costs of materials and goods that were not mentioned previously in accordance with the regulatory decisions, while retailers must announce the final selling prices to the consumer in accordance with the regulatory decisions, and dealers with materials and commodities from producers, importers, wholesalers and distributors, and the circulation of invoices are required. The legal system is in accordance with the provisions of the regulatory decisions, with mention of the commercial character of the sale, and the retailer bears full responsibility in the event that he does not keep the invoice submitted by the producer or importer.

The Ministry stressed the need to announce the identification card and adhere to the standard under the penalty of organizing the necessary control against the violator in accordance with the provisions of the laws regulating this.
