The Lagardère group published Tuesday a turnover down 33.5% to 905 million euros, still very largely affected by the health crisis on its distribution activity in transport locations.

In detail, the turnover of publishing (Hachette) increased by 11.6% to 509 million euros, while that of shops in stations and airport collapsed by 57.6% to 341 million euros.

Lagardère is continuing its efforts to control costs and control its cash flow throughout the group,
” the company said in a
press
release. She confirmed Monday that she was studying its transformation into a limited company, which would put an end to the absolute control of the group by Arnaud Lagardère.
