Procrear II launches three new tenders for
the construction of 2,599 homes in Urban Development.
The works will be carried out in the provinces of Buenos Aires and Córdoba, will have an approximate investment
of almost $ 12,000 million
and will be built in the towns of Junín and Gregorio de Laferrere and in Leones, respectively.
The Urban Development of
Junín foresees the construction of 149
new
homes
for an amount of $ 668 million, while
2406 will be built in Gregorio de Laferrere
with an
investment of $ 11,000 million.
In the case of Córdoba, there are
44 units in Leones,
where the reference value of the
tender is $ 185 million.
"It is a federal solution to the housing problem, with the presence of the territorial actors who are those who know the realities of each place," said Minister Jorge Ferraresi.
And I add: "Housing is a right that provides dignity and social advancement, in addition to increasing the sources of genuine work throughout the country."
Procrear's quotas are now adjusted by the new Hog.Ar formula, which is based on the Salary Variation Coefficient published by Indec and takes into account the evolution of salaries.
The next draw, which has not yet closed its registration (will be known in the coming weeks), will be for more than 700 functional units in the Merlo (Buenos Aires) premises;
Liceo and San Francisco neighborhood (Córdoba);
City of Mendoza and San Rafael (Mendoza);
City of San Luis (San Luis);
and Puerto Madryn (Chubut).
Requirements
Demonstrate, at least, twelve (12) months of registered employment continuity.
Not registering negative antecedents in the Financial System during the last twelve (12) months due to non-payment of obligations of all kinds
Not be disqualified by the BCRA or by Court Order
Failure to register lawsuits according to a commercial background report in the last five (5) years Do not record liens
Not registering petitions or declarations of insolvency or bankruptcy.
Participants, at the time of completing the REGISTRATION FORM, may include only one co-owner.
In the case of participants with a married marital status, the spouse will be automatically considered joint owner.
The owner and the co-owner must be linked by one of the links detailed below, which must be registered.
marriage, coexistence union, or de facto union, provided that the addresses declared by the owner and joint owner coincide.
All notifications within the framework of these bases and conditions will be made to the email address declared by the participant in the registration form.
