Inflation is expected to exceed 2% in the United States in 2021 over one year, but this will not be enough for the American Central Bank (Fed) to raise rates, its president Jerome Powell said Wednesday at a press conference.

"A provisional increase beyond 2% this year does not meet the criteria"
