“a modest rebound in hiring”
according to the survey on the employment prospects of executives in 2021, carried out among 8,000 companies in January and February.

With 247,000 recruitments planned, or 8% more than last year, the pre-crisis level will however not be found.
These projections are even 12% lower than in 2019, which was a good year for this asset class.

However, significant territorial disparities are emerging
"as we have probably not experienced for a very long time," said
Gilles Gateau.
Île-de-France as a stronghold
The strongholds of executive employment, namely Île-de-France (+ 10%), Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (+ 11%) and Hauts-de-France (+ 10%) will bear this gradual restart.
These three regions alone will account for two-thirds of executive hires.
