Klépierre well armed for the post-Covid era

With little debt compared to its competitors, with attractive shopping centers, the property company is optimistic for the recovery.


The doors of the 45 French shopping centers in Klépierre reopened on May 19, this time at the same time as all the shops.

Over the past twelve months, the property's establishments will have been closed for six months.

Its accounts suffered: the company suffered a loss of 250 million euros in rental income in 2020 - and received 1 million euros in aid.
