The event is part of the cycle

"The coming world", 10 dialogues

between company presidents, officials, social leaders, renowned experts and entrepreneurs, led by

Clarín

journalists

.

They are debates that seek to detect the keys for the future, analyze how the trends that are insinuated today will impact the reality of the coming years.

The debate on "Changes at work" will be broadcast

live today at 11 a.m. in streaming on the Clarín.com page.

The contents will be shared simultaneously on social networks and later on the website and the printed edition of the newspaper.

The cycle has the main support of Banco Macro, OSDE and DESA.

And also with the accompaniment of Telecom and Afarte.

Sergio Kaufman, in addition to presiding over the Argentine subsidiary of

Accenture, has

led the company's Hispanic South America area since 2013. He will analyze the experience of one of the companies with the longest tradition in remote work, and how today the company is reorganizing again seeking to accentuate that trend.

Since joining Accenture in 1987, Kaufman has led transformation projects, organizational reengineering, IT strategic planning and systems implementation in large multinational companies in Latin America, the United States and Europe.

He is an industrial engineer, with postgraduate studies in the United States, England and Switzerland.

Roberto Nóbile has been CEO of Telecom Argentina

since the beginning of 2020. The company has a dual reality: some of its workers were able to adapt to work online, but others have the challenge of face-to-face tasks, often in contact with clients.

This forced the company to establish new day-to-day management formats.

And also to reinforce the entire data network that it manages, in order to support the teleworking of many other companies and people.

Nóbile has a recognized track record in the ICT industry, and before joining Telecom he worked for Cablevisión for 10 years.

He graduated as a public accountant from the University of Buenos Aires and recently completed the advanced management program (AMP) at Harvard Business School.

He also completed the IAE Senior Management Program (PAD).

Brenda Puig is a company lawyer

with more than 20 years of practice.

Based on her experience, and on the work done by the attorneys that make up the IDEA network, she will speak about the challenge of job changes from a legal point of view.

The new regulations, the teleworking law, the impact of old regulations

on the new ways of carrying out tasks.

Puig has worked in law firms and companies.

He is currently part of the Mercado Libre legal team.

And he is a member of the board of IDEA, the Institute for Business Development of Argentina, an organization with more than 500 member companies that promotes the growth and competitiveness of companies in the country.

In 2018, a talk by

Santiago Bilinkis

, entitled “The future of work”, generated a profound impact. There this entrepreneur and technologist analyzed which professions would grow and which could disappear. Many of those trends that he marked back then are now reality. On this occasion, he will present a survey he carried out to detect what workers are looking for today,

what balance they want between working from home or going to the office, what moves them.

Bilinkis was the founder and CEO of Officenet, the largest office supplies company in Argentina and Brazil, acquired by Staples Inc. He is a co-founder of other technology companies such as Restorando, Sirena, Trocafone and Quasar Builder. He is a regular columnist for the media. He graduated from San Andrés University with a degree in Economics and attended Singulartiy University, where he studied with leading experts in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Biotechnology, Neuroscience, and Nanotechnology. He wrote the books "Passage to the Future" (2014) and "Guide to Survive the Present" g (2019).
