Serge Blanco draws a line on his career as a businessman

For Serge Blanco, this week is that of the derby between his club Biarritz Olympique and Aviron Bayonnais.

But it is also the one where a page in his life turns: Wednesday, when the thalassotherapy establishment he created thirty years ago in Hendaye reopens, his name will no longer be on the facade.

The center, made up of three restaurants and three hotels with 160 rooms and 24 apartments, will be renamed Relais Thalasso Hendaye, like the other four establishments of Maison Phélippeau.
