The mutual insurer Covéa (MMA, MAAF and GMF brands) and the reinsurer Scor announced on Thursday that they had signed a
“transactional memorandum of understanding”
putting an end to the conflict which had opposed them since 2018 and the abortive buyout of the second by the first.

This agreement provides in particular for the payment to Scor by Covéa
"of a sum of 20 million euros excluding tax" as
well as the waiver of all legal actions on both sides.
