The specialist in parcel delivery to individuals wants to set up internationally and develop a network of relay points in France.

And now, head for the Stock Exchange.

Colis Privé, which generated operating income of 15.1 million euros in 2020 for a turnover of 234 million, has just taken the first step leading to listing.

The French king of e-commerce deliveries to individuals on Friday obtained the approval of his registration document with the AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers).

The time to know the valuation of the company, the IPO (in French, Initial public offer) should take place in early July.

A new step in a long history.

In 1996, Yves Rocher, who sent a lot of parcels to his customers, created Distrihome to no longer depend on La Poste and its hard strikes.

After passing into the hands of Spir communication, the company was taken over in 2012 by its two directors: Frédéric Pons and Eric Paumier.
