Nine months after its commercial launch, at the heart of the health crisis, Memo Bank wants to accelerate its development.
To achieve this, the independent online bank dedicated to SMEs has just completed a new round of funding of 13 million euros with the French investment company Serena Capital.
Since its creation in 2018, it has raised a total of 40 million euros, including 20 million euros just a year ago, in particular from the Daphni fund and Bpifrance.

“This additional capital increase allows us to strengthen our equity and consolidate our commercial start-up,”
explains Jean-Daniel Guyot, Chairman of the Executive Board of Memo Bank.
The bank targets SMEs whose turnover is between 2 and 40 million euros.
