New York-Sana
Crude oil prices are down nearly two percent today from multi-year highs.
Reuters reported that Brent crude futures fell $1.31, or 1.8 percent, to $73.08 a barrel when settling, while US West Texas Intermediate crude fell $1.11, or 1.5 percent, to reach the settlement price of $71.04.
Although today's declines were the largest daily percentage decline since last May, both benchmarks are still up more than 40 percent since the beginning of this year.
