Tourists in Russia can visit the Bulus glacier in northern Siberia.
Daria Alexandrova, head of the Bulus tourist area:
"Our Bulus tourist area is unique because, as you can see, there is ice cream here in the middle of summer."
Temperatures around 30 degrees - and still a permafrost remains.
That makes the place special for residents and tourists alike.

The area of the glacier covers more than 1000 hectares. However, climate change is also noticeable here. Temperatures are rising and the ice has already receded. This also has consequences for the local ecosystem. In addition, the region is increasingly dealing with bush fires as a result.
