A plane to Morocco did not wait for fifty passengers, yet registered and on time. The passengers stayed

We are more used to planes taking off late.

A strange mishap happened to about fifty passengers who came early this Saturday morning at Toulouse-Blagnac airport.

An Irish airline Ryanair plane to Fez, Morocco, took off fifteen minutes early.

The problem is that this medium-haul did not wait for about fifty passengers, yet registered and on time, reports La Dépêche.

These many travelers therefore remained nailed to the ground, although they were in possession of a boarding pass and had arrived well on time, for a flight scheduled at 7.25 am to Morocco.

"We were told that the plane had left"

"The flight was to take off at 7.25 am and when we went into the boarding lounge at 7.10 am after waiting for two hours at check-in, we were told that the plane had left", testified a passenger who arrived from Brive -la-Gaillarde at 5 o'clock in the morning.

“I am with my mother who is in a wheelchair and we are only told to go home.

And it wasn't even Ryanair who answered us.

There is no one from the company here.

They are only subcontractors, ”says yet another passenger who should have been on board with La Dépêche du Midi.

In the morning, the company Ryanair, which does not have a passenger counter in the Toulouse terminal, announced that a reimbursement procedure was going to be initiated with annoyed travelers. However, no new flight solution was offered to the unfortunate passengers stuck in Toulouse. Contacted, the company had not answered us this late Saturday afternoon.
